




MNT Limited is owned by Majid Munir and Tony Roberts who have worked together on various projects for the last 8 years.
Both Majid and Tony worked for a natural health company based in Nottingham which decided to outsource its contact centre in June 2005. Majid and Tony decided to set up an outsourced contact centre which would sustain all aspects of its in house service but at the same time reduce overheads hence MNT Limited was formed.
The benefits of outsourcing to the client are two fold. Firstly to reduce its operating costs which included staffing costs, management costs, system costs and rent, rates etc.
As Tony and Majid had already worked as employees for this natural health company (Majid as the Contact Centre Manager and Tony as the IT Manager), they were already fully adept at sustaining the extra revenues they had gained for their employer.
Within 24 months of set up, MNT now proudly performs inbound, outbound and customer service for at least 6 clients in the UK and abroad.
